In April 2023 we became accredited to the Living Wage Foundation. Our current rate sits just above this and is paid to all employees aged 18 and over.

Company vehicles are used for work.
In the event you do need to use your vehicle, we’ll pay you mileage to compensate. Staff receive the statutory 28 day’s paid leave per year (pro rata) and have the opportunity to pay into the company NEST pension fund. We use technology to help set staff rotas and are always looking at positive ways to incorporate IT to reduce admin time.
